Cancellations
Order cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for delivered items. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Wrong or missing items must also be reported within 7 days. Our team will review your report to provide a suitable solution.
